The conversation. Free, 30 minutes.
Thirty minutes on Calendly. Tell me where the hours go, and I'll tell you what I'd build, what it would cost, and whether it's worth doing at all. No deck, no obligation.
AI Blueprint. $500.
A 90-minute working session, then a written plan with a fixed price for each system. If you go ahead with a build within 60 days, the $500 comes off the price. You pay through Stripe, then book your session.
Build. $2,500 to $7,500 per system.
One fixed price per system, set in your Blueprint. Live in 2 to 4 weeks, built on accounts you own, invoiced half up front.
Run. $300 to $1,000 a month per system.
Monitoring, fixes and improvements, billed monthly. Optional: the system is yours either way.
What the systems do
- Lead follow-up: replies within minutes and follow-ups in your voice.
- Inbox triage: mail sorted, routine replies drafted, a short list for you.
- Booking assistants: scheduling, confirmations and reminders without the back-and-forth.
- Document processing: forms, invoices and receipts read and entered, exceptions flagged.
- Internal knowledge assistants: your team's questions answered from your own documents.
Private AI, on a computer you own
Any of these systems can run on a computer in your office instead of an AI company's servers. Your documents, mail and client records stay in your building, and there's no fee per question. The computer is yours, and your Blueprint prices it.

Pricing questions
- Why fixed prices?
- So you know the number before I start. The Blueprint sets it, and it changes only if the scope does, through a written quote you approve first.
- Do I have to take Run?
- No. Run is optional, and the system runs on your accounts either way.
- What isn't in the build price?
- The monthly fees for the software and AI services the system runs on. You pay those directly, on your own accounts, and the Blueprint estimates them.
- Can it run without sending our data to an AI company?
- Yes. That's Private AI: the system runs on a computer you own, in your building. The Blueprint says which of your systems it suits and what the computer costs.
