What we'll cover
- Where your week goes: the inbox, the follow-ups, the bookings, the paperwork.
- Which of those AI can take on, and which it shouldn't.
- The tools you already use, and whether a system can connect to them.
- What a build would cost. Each system is a fixed price, from $2,500 to $7,500.
- The next step, if there is one.
What you leave with
A straight answer. If AI isn't the right fix, I'll say so, and why. If it is, you'll know what I'd build first and roughly what it would cost.
Who it's for
Owners and managers who lose hours every week to repetitive work in software: replying, sorting, scheduling, retyping. You don't need to know anything about AI. I'll do the translating.
How it works
- Pick a time on Calendly. There's one optional box for anything that helps me prepare.
- We meet by video, or in person in Greenville.
- If there's a good next step, it's usually the AI Blueprint: $500 for a 90-minute working session and a written plan with fixed build prices. I won't push it on the call.
