Step 4 of 4 · $300 to $1,000 a month per system · Optional

Run: I keep your AI system working, month after month.

Systems drift. A connected app changes, your prices change, a new kind of email starts showing up. Run means someone is watching it and fixing it, so it keeps doing the job.

What's included

  • Monitoring. I check that it runs, and I spot-check what it produces.
  • Fixes. When something breaks or a connected tool changes, I fix it. Fixes are covered by the monthly fee.
  • Improvements. Small changes you ask for, and ones I spot: up to 2 hours of improvement work a month.
  • Updates in plain words, every month: what it did, what went wrong, what I changed.
  • Response time. When something breaks, I respond the same or the next business day.

How pricing works

  • $300 to $1,000 a month for each system. Your Blueprint quotes it next to the build price.
  • What sets it: how much the system does, how often it runs, and how much checking it needs.
  • Billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Not included: the monthly fees for the software and AI services the system runs on. You pay those directly, on your own accounts.
  • Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
  • Run is optional. If you'd rather run it yourself, the build's handover gives you what you need.

What I need from you

  • Keep my access to the system's accounts while Run is active.
  • Tell me when something in your business changes: a new service, new prices, a new form.
  • Flag anything that looks off. You see the work every day; I see the logs.

Who owns what

The same as the build. You own the system, the accounts and the data. Run is a service, not a lease. If you stop Run, the system stays on your accounts, and you remove my access.

Run starts after a build. Every build starts with a Blueprint.
