Step 2 of 4 ยท $500
AI Blueprint: a written plan with fixed build prices, for $500.
Ninety minutes together, working through your business. Then a written plan with a fixed price for every system in it. If you go ahead with a build within 60 days, the $500 comes off the price.
You pay first, then pick your session time on the next page.
What happens in the 90 minutes
It's a working session, not a sales call.
- We walk through your week: where the hours go, which tools hold the work, where things slip.
- We list every job a system could take on, then rank them by hours saved and by risk.
- I look at how a system would connect to your tools, and what access it would need.
- We decide what stays human: the approvals, the exceptions, the calls that need judgment.
- We agree what "working" means for each system, so we'll both know it when we see it.
We meet by video, or in person in Greenville.
What you get: the written plan
A sample outline. Every plan follows the business it's written for, so the sections can change.
- Where the hours go. What you told me, in plain words.
- The shortlist. Each system worth building, what it would do, and what it would leave to you.
- What to build first, and why.
- How it connects. The tools it touches, and the access I'd need.
- What stays human. The approvals and judgment calls that stay with you or your team.
- Fixed prices and timeline. A build price for each system, from $2,500 to $7,500, a go-live window of 2 to 4 weeks, and the monthly Run price if you want me to run it.
- Running costs. The software and AI services it would run on, and what they cost a month. You pay these directly, on your own accounts.
- Risks and limits. What could go wrong, what AI shouldn't do here, and how we'd catch a problem early.
- Next steps, and the date your $500 credit expires.
The plan arrives within 5 business days of the session.
The credit, in plain words
Pay $500 for the Blueprint. If you start a build within 60 days of the day your plan arrives, the full $500 comes off the build price. After that the credit expires, and the plan is still yours.
Who it's for
- You run a business, and a lot of the work happens in software: email, forms, calendars, spreadsheets, documents.
- You know roughly where the hours go, and you want a plan and a fixed price before you commit to a build.
- You want one person accountable from the plan to launch, and after it.
Who it's not for
- You want AI making decisions nobody checks. I build systems with a person in the loop.
- Your budget for a first system is under $2,500. Start with the free conversation instead; there may be a simpler fix.
- You're not ready to change how the work gets done. A system only helps if someone uses it.
Questions
- Why do I pay before I book?
- It's one checkout, then you pick a time on the next page. Use the same email for both, so I can match your session to your payment.
- Is the $500 really credited?
- Yes, in full, if you start a build within 60 days. It comes off the build price.
- What if the plan says AI isn't worth it for my business?
- Then it says so, and why. Better to learn that for $500 than for $2,500.
- Do I have to build with you?
- No. The plan is yours. Build with me, with someone else, or not at all.
- What should I bring?
- A rough picture of your week, and a few real examples if you can: a typical email, a form, a document someone retypes.
- Can my team join?
- Yes. Bring whoever does the work today. They know where the time goes.
- What if I need to reschedule, or change my mind?
- Reschedule from your Calendly confirmation, up to 24 hours ahead. If the session hasn't happened, you can have a full refund.
